Promos on Physical Product & Services
Items purchased cannot be exchanged but will be returned for technical repair at no fee.
All purchased items come with free technical repair support. While exchanges are not available, returns or refunds due to change of mind, we’re happy to assist with any necessary repairs at no cost. Please note that you will shoulder the delivery fees to facilitate support.
The Customer must provide proof that the fault was due to a product defect upon opening
To assist you promptly, we kindly ask that you provide proof showing the issue was due to a product defect upon opening.
What is the coverage of a 2-years warranty?
- Covers manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, and technical issues under normal use
- Includes free repair or replacement of defective parts within the 2-year warranty period due to defects upon delivery.
- Does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, or physical damage
Until when can they ask for tech repair?
You may request free technical repairs anytime within the 2-year warranty period from the date of purchase.
Wear and tear period
- Normal wear and tear after extended use (e.g., 1–2 years) is not eligible for refund or replacement
- This includes natural deterioration from regular usage, aging of components, or environmental exposure
- Our warranty continues to support customers through free technical repairs for covered issues within the warranty period
- For concerns outside warranty coverage, repair services may still be available at a minimal cost
- We remain committed to helping maintain your CCTV system’s performance even beyond the warranty period, but subject to costing review and approval.
CCTV Warranty and, Post Sales Terms & Conditions:
- 24 months service warranty for factory defect items from the date of receipt/date of installation.
- Physical damage and internal circuit damage due to voltage problems will not be covered after installation.
- The warranty only applies to cameras and DVRs; cables and accessories are not included.
- Original receipt or a copy of the Quote must be presented to claim the warranty. Photocopies or scanned copies are not allowed.
- Service charge for removing, re-installing cameras, and other services is implemented after the Installation. The user may be able to maximize the Free technical support through text/call. Base charge of Php 1,000.00 on top of other parts needed for the service is implemented for on-site support within our service areas.
- Payment first policy before service for camera re-service and repairs, as well as shipping of the items.
- Lead time of items returned will be a liability of our supplier once we transfer the item’s custody to them. We may be able to provide updates.
- CCTV Mobile and Internet are add-on services and are not part of the package. On-site support for this service merits a standard base fare of P500.00 within our service areas.
- Once items are purchased, they are not allowed to be refunded. Customers may be able to exchange the item, and will be subject to approval.
- The customer shoulders the delivery cost for items that will be returned for warranty service to our technical offices.
